We want you to love what you wear. If it isn't the right fit, we've made returns simple. We provide free returns.
In accordance with German and EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or issue only a partial refund where legally permitted
Our products are handcrafted. Natural variations in weave, texture, print placement, colour, tiny knots, slubs, thread pulls, or slight colour bleeding from natural dyes are characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These features are part of the garment's authenticity and are not grounds for return due to quality concerns.
